Who Can Donate Blood?

  • Age: Age: healthy individuals aged 18 to 60
  • Weight: over 50 kg
  • Hemoglobin: Hemoglobin level above 12 g/dl
  • MaleFreq: Males can donate every 4 months
  • FemaleFreq: Females can donate every 6 months
  • Disqualify: Certain health conditions, medications, and lifestyle factors may disqualify

Caution

  • Avoid donations from first-degree relatives (risk of TA-GVHD).
  • TA-GVHD (transfusion-associated graft-versus-host disease) can be life-threatening.
